Kiana is an Assistant Agent at Donald Maass Literary, currently building her client list. Having gotten into the industry unconventionally, Kiana is scrappy and hungry for queer and POC writers and stories. Born in Binghamton, dropped out/re-enrolled/kicked out from SUNY Albany, and based in NYC, she is incredibly invested in books set in lower-socioeconomic neighborhoods with diverse characters.

Kianna is currently seeking young adult fiction across genres featuring anti-heroines, the girls you don’t bring home, the dudes who aren’t afraid to be fragile, the queers who don’t apologize, and Adult Romance & Thrillers. Read her full manuscript wishlist here.
